REFUND POLICY

  1. Refund Eligibility
    If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased after receiving it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days after receiving the goods. The extra 30 days for return and refund are only applicable to the following situations:

The product is unused and in its original packaging (including all labels, accessories and gifts).
The product has manufacturing defects or damage.

  1. Refund Application Process
    To apply for a refund, please follow the steps below:

Contact our customer service team and provide your order number and the reason for the refund.
Customer service will provide you with the return address and related instructions.
Please send the product back to the designated address within 7 days after receiving the return instructions, and make sure to use a shipping method with a tracking number to ensure the safety of the return.

  1. Refund Processing Time
    Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the refund conditions, we will process your refund application within 7 working days. Refunds will be made through the original payment method. If you have any questions during the refund process, please feel free to contact us.
  2. Shipping costs
    If the return is due to product defects or wrong shipments, the relevant shipping costs will be borne by the company.
    In other cases, the shipping costs of the return will be borne by the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safety of the return.
  3. Refund restrictions
    Refund applications will be rejected in the following cases:
    The product has been used or washed and cannot be resold.
    The product is damaged or missing parts (unless caused by manufacturing defects).
    The time limit for refund applications has expired.
  4. Modification of terms
    The company reserves the right to modify the refund terms at any time. Any modifications will be posted on this website and will take effect immediately. If you continue to use our services after the modification, you accept the modified terms.
