CARRIAGE TERMS

Welcome to use the products and services of MENG YUAN INC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). To ensure that you have a clear understanding of all matters in the shipping process, the following are our shipping terms. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

    The Company provides a variety of shipping methods, including but not limited to:

Standard Ground Shipping: Usually provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx. Suitable for most orders and economical.
Priority Shipping: You can choose to expedite processing through FedEx Express or UPS. Suitable for orders that need to be delivered as soon as possible.
You can choose the shipping method that suits you at checkout.

  1. Shipping Costs
    The shipping cost will be calculated based on the order weight, destination and selected shipping method. You can view and confirm the final shipping cost on the checkout page.
  2. Order Processing Time
    All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time may be delayed due to inventory status, holidays or other force majeure factors.
  3. Delivery Time
    The delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and destination:

Standard land transportation: usually 4 business days.
Priority transportation: usually 2 business days.
Please note that the above times are estimates and the actual delivery time may vary due to factors such as weather, traffic conditions and customs processing.

  1. Goods Confirmation and Responsibility
    Once the goods are signed for by you or your designated recipient upon delivery, you will be responsible for the ownership and risk of the goods. If you find damage or shortage when you receive the goods, please contact our customer service within 24 hours and provide relevant evidence for our verification and processing.
  2. Return and Exchange Policy
    If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods, you can apply for a return according to our Return and Exchange Policy. Please refer to our Return Terms for specific policies.
  3. Modification Terms
    The company reserves the right to modify the shipping terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this website and will take effect immediately. If you continue to use our services after the changes, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified terms.
